Our Process

1. Discover

Our first step is to understand your map of the world. Then together, figure out where you are, where you want to be and what’s preventing you from getting there. Once we both have clarity about your challenges as well as the outcome’s you’re looking for, we then move into the second stage of the process.


2. Develop

We draw on our experience and training to design a blended delivery experience ensuring the syntax and content of the proposed solution is right for you, your team and your organisation.

3. Deliver

We immerse you in the content with an end-to-end experience that includes questionnaires, assessments, and the actual workshops themselves which we can either deliver face to face or online as a webinar or pre-recorded program. The focus is on simplicity, linking the learning concepts to real life and work scenarios.

4. Reinforce

Spaced repetition is critical to creating lasting change and so we follow up each workshop by re-engaging with the participants to determine the gap between knowing and doing and then provide additional resources such as one-on-one coaching, group follow up webinars , support video’s and short refresher workshops to close that gap.
