Our Philosophy

We believe that work performance at any level comes down to three things!

Purpose is about your “WHY?”
People, Teams and Organisations that are clear about their Purpose and are working towards a goal or a cause that gives them meaning will always outperform those who simply show up for the ride!

Character is about who you are as a person.
It’s a combination of your philosophy as a person or a leader, your values and most importantly your integrity.

Competence is about what you can actually do!
It’s made up of your skills, knowledge and technical experience over time that allow you to be productive.

Our success over the past 15 years has been to use a combination of approaches , methods and models to help define the Purpose, build the Character and develop the Competence you need to achieve your Individual, Leadership , Team and Organisational goals. There is a saying that “all models are wrong, but some are useful”. We believe our solution and approach should solve your unique challenge and we don’t try squeeze your need’s into a “one model fits all” off the shelf offering.

Leading Self – Most people in the workforce are 100% dependant on their salaries as their only source of income. That means that your pay is performance based. If you don’t believe that, try and underperform for a few months in a row and see if any one notices. In addition, the “future of work” you have being hearing about is here now. There has been a massive acceleration towards Ai and Automation due to the affects of Covid-19. Organisations do not want to get caught out again!

You really have no choice but to adopt a growth mindset if you want to survive let alone thrive in this new world. Using a combination of proven assessments and endorsed personal mastery methodologies, we help people reduce their time to competence on their new work reality and develop a growth mindset to stay relevant, productive and employed. If you need to improve your current performance or accelerate your sales performance we can help you.

Leading People – Whether you are a first time leader or seasoned campaigner who needs to step up and set a new standard, our programs are designed to help you with the mindset, skillset and tools you need to achieve your goals and stay relevant across multiple contexts of leadership i.e.

  • 1-1 Leadership – (learn how to set goals , determine probability of success through diagnosis and providing the leadership style they need to improve while building trust in your leadership brand)
  • Team Leadership (Learn how to set a clear direction, align team members activities and improve performance through day to day individual and team coaching, feedback and other challenging conversations)
  • Organisational Leadership (Learn how to develop your self and your leadership team to implement your organisational strategy)

Patrick Lencioni said:
“Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.”

We couldn’t agree more and have found that the biggest reason teams fail is a lack of clarity around a few basic questions.

Six Clarity Questions

  • Why do we exist?
  • How do we behave?
  • What do we do?
  • How will we succeed?
  • What is most important, right now?
  • Who must do what?

Using these six questions and various Team / individual Development Assessments we help you build a Cohesive Team by determining: Where you are as a Leadership Team? (ITO Trust, Conflict, Commitment, accountability and Results) Where you want to be? (Picture of the future and Culture) What is preventing this team from getting there? (EQ, Conflict, Communication, Strategy and Tactics)

Organisation’s success = Culture x Strategy x Execution

Culture provides the context within which people in organizations interact with one another and the world surrounding them. We make the business and people aspects of culture tangible and measurable using a wide range of well-proven instruments underpinned by extensive research from Fons Trompenaars and Charles Hampden-Turner.

The approach is based on the following 4 steps:

  • Learn to Recognize cultural differences
  • Learn to Respect different points of view
  • Learn to Reconcile the dilemmas that result from the tensions between different value orientations (cultures)
  • Learn to Realize the business benefits of implementing the reconciliations and embedding a mindset across the organization that continually reconciles dilemmas
